The Client is a private equity fund focussing on mid-market and growth capital investments in the DACH region. Due to an extremely successful fundraising of their new fund and a very busy pipeline of new deals, they are looking to hire two Associates for their investment team.

The ideal candidate is currently working as an Analyst or a Junior Associate either in an international investment bank or in another private equity fund based either in London or in Germany. Strong technical and communication skills, commercial acumen and ability to work as a part of an outstanding investment team are a prerequisite as is the fluency (both spoken and written) in German and English. He/she should also have an excellent academic track record, combined with a driven personality and a strong personal interest in private equity.

GERMAN SPEAKING ASSOCIATE, INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE EQUITY FUND – LONDON (REF LONDON 012)

My Client is an established international mid-market fund with focus on growth investments. They have several £billion under management and they invest mainly in Europe, operating from a London based office. They are looking to add a German speaking Associate to their existing investment team.

In order to apply you must be currently working at one of the top-tier international investment banks as an Analyst or a Junior Associate, currently based either in London or in Germany. The successful candidate must have both an outstanding academic track record and excellent technical skills, combined with a strong commercial acumen and an outgoing personality. Previous exposure to private equity transactions and relevant internships will be of advantage. Fluency in both written and spoken German and English is a prerequisite.

ITALIAN SPEAKING INVESTMENT ASSOCIATE, LARGE-CAP PRIVATE EQUITY FUND, LONDON (REF LONDON 0135

The Client is a large international private equity fund with an established track record and several €billion under management. They invest in companies across a number of industry sectors from a network of offices in Europe. Due to a recent successful fund raising effort and strong deal flow they are looking to add an Associate to the London based investment team.

The successful candidate will currently be working as an Analyst or Junior Associate with one of the top-tier international strategy consulting houses either in Italy or in London. A proven academic track record, strong technical skills and the ability to work on transactions across Europe as a part of an international team are a prerequisite as is the fluency in both spoken and written Italian and English. Previous exposure to private equity transactions and/or investment banking will be of advantage.

INVESTMENT ASSOCIATE, RESTRUCTURING/TURNAROUND FUND, LONDON (REF 016 LONDON)

A restructuring/turnaround fund with a number of international offices and global presence has mandated me to find them an Associate for their London office. They have an established track record with several €billion under management and they are regarded as one of the top performers within their market segment.

The successful candidate will currently be working as an Analyst or a Junior Associate at a leading international investment bank in a team focussing on UK transactions. Ideally, they should have previously worked on private equity transactions and their technical and communication skills should be outstanding. Proven strong academic track record and an entrepreneurial mind-set are a prerequisite.
